Why have a Provider Liaison?
As a Practice Health member, you will benefit from a Practice Health Liaison who will communicate on behalf of individual practices regarding contract status with insurance companies. This communication process is known as the “Messenger Model”.

Credentialing Services
- Maintenance of your CAQH account
- Assist and review completion of all mandatory, payer-specific credentialing paperwork
- Assisting with notification and implementation of practice changes including address, tax ID, practice affiliation, etc.
- Credentialing status tracking and follow-up
- Notifications to all contracted health plans of additions, chances or terminations of Practice Health members
Fee-for-Service Contracts
Educational Opportunities
As a member of Practice Health, you have the ability to take part in our educational seminars and/or webinars. These educational opportunities include guest speakers regarding topics applicable to PCP and specialty providers. Topics include Billing and Coding, HIPAA, OSHA, Group Purchasing, Marketing for a Small Practice, etc.
Group Purchasing Program
As a member of Practice Health, physicians and their practices have access to our group purchasing and preferred vendor program called CollaboRATE. CollaboRATE is one of the many great benefits of becoming a member of Practice Health. By partnering with vendors, we are able to leverage our membership group in order to obtain pricing that is only available to Practice Health members.
